Our commitment: gambling is entertainment, not income

We want your time with us to stay a form of entertainment you can comfortably afford, budgeted in the same way as a meal out or a cinema ticket. Gambling is not a way to make money, to settle a debt or to recover a loss. Every game we offer is built around chance, and no result is owed to you because of what happened in an earlier round or session.

Before you deposit, decide what you are prepared to lose and treat that figure as the price of the entertainment. Use only money set aside for leisure, never money needed for rent, bills, food or credit repayments, and never money you have borrowed. If you notice yourself depositing in order to win back what has gone, that is the point to stop and use one of the tools described below.

Our games are for adults only. You must be 18 or over to open and use an account with us, and it is an offence for anyone under 18 to gamble. We hold a gaming licence for the services we offer and we verify the identity and age of every customer, so please keep your account in your own name and fund it only with payment methods that belong to you.

Our staff are trained to watch for signs that play may be causing harm. Where we have a concern, we may contact you, ask you for further information about your circumstances, or restrict parts of your account while we look into it. We also stop sending marketing to any customer who self-excludes or asks us to, and you can withdraw your marketing consent at any time in your account settings.

The tools in your account and how to switch them on

Every tool below is free, available at any time, and found in the safer gambling area of your account. You never need to give a reason for using one, and our team will not ask you to justify a limit or a break.

Deposit limits

A deposit limit caps how much you can pay in over a day, a week or a month. You can hold limits for more than one period at the same time, and the tightest of them applies. A request to lower or remove nothing but the amount takes effect straight away; a request to raise or cancel a limit only takes effect after the cooling-off period shown in the cashier, and you can withdraw the request before it begins.

Loss and session limits

A loss limit caps how much you can lose, net of any wins, across the period you choose, and play stops once the figure is reached. A session limit sets how long a single logged-in session may last; when the time is up we end the session so that you can decide calmly whether to come back later.

Reality checks

A reality check is a short on-screen reminder that appears at an interval you choose. It shows how long you have been playing and what you have staked and won in that session, then asks whether you want to carry on or stop. It is the simplest way to keep track of time during a longer session.

Time-outs and self-exclusion

A time-out is a short break for one of the periods listed in your account. Your account is locked for play until the break ends, it cannot be lifted early, and any open bonus or promotional balance may be forfeited. Self-exclusion is a longer closure of your account to play, again for one of the fixed periods offered. While it runs we block play, remove you from marketing and will not reopen the account on request. When the period ends, the exclusion stays in place until you contact us, and a further cooling-off period applies before play can resume. In both cases you can still ask us to return any withdrawable balance.

Signs that gambling may be causing harm

Harm builds up gradually, and it is often other people who notice first. Go through the checklist below honestly and think about the past few months rather than the past few days.

  • You play for longer or stake more than you planned.
  • You deposit money set aside for bills, rent or food.
  • You borrow money, sell belongings or use credit to keep playing.
  • You chase losses, convinced that the next round will put things right.
  • You hide how much you play, or how much you have lost, from people close to you.
  • You feel restless, low or irritable when you are not playing.
  • Play is affecting your sleep, your work, your studies or your relationships.
  • You have tried to cut down before and found that you could not.

If any of these sound familiar, set a deposit limit or take a time-out today, and talk to one of the organisations below. Support is free and you do not need to be in crisis to use it.

Where to get free, confidential help

The organisations below are independent of us. We cannot give counselling, debt advice or medical advice, but we will always point you towards the services that can.

  • GambleAware publishes clear information about gambling harm and funds free treatment and support across Great Britain, including tools for checking your own play.
  • GamCare provides free, confidential counselling, group support and practical guidance for anyone affected by gambling, including family members and friends.
  • GamStop is the free national self-exclusion scheme: one registration blocks you from all gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain for the period you choose.
  • The National Gambling Helpline offers confidential advice and a listening ear at any hour of the day, every day of the year, for players and for the people around them.

It is also worth asking your bank whether it can block gambling payments on your card, and looking at the blocking software that stops gambling sites loading on your phone, tablet or computer. Your GP can refer you to local treatment services, and a free debt advice charity can help if money has become a problem.

Protecting children and others in your home

Nobody under 18 may use our site. We check the identity, age and address of every customer before play is unrestricted, and we close any account found to belong to an underage person, returning stakes and withholding any winnings in line with our terms.

  • Keep your login details private and never share them with family or friends.
  • Do not let a browser or app store your password, and log out fully when you finish.
  • Lock the device with a PIN, passcode or biometrics if children can reach it.
  • Use parental control or site-filtering software, available free or at low cost, to block gambling content on shared devices.
  • Keep bank cards and payment apps out of reach, and talk to children about why these sites are for adults only.

If you believe a person under 18 has used your account, or an account on our site, tell us at once by live chat or at support@casinomobilewins.co.uk so that we can secure the account and look into it.
