5 Lions MegawaysGeneral rules that apply to all play
These rules apply to every game you open with us, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game carries its own rules, help screen or paytable, those apply to that game as well and take priority over the general points below.
- One account per player. You may hold one account with us, in your own name and with your own payment methods. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets placed on them may be voided.
- Over 18s only. Our games are for players aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and we check the identity and age of our players, so an account may be restricted until those checks are complete.
- Real-money and bonus balance. Your account can hold real money and bonus funds at the same time. The game screen shows which balance a stake is taken from, and bonus funds follow the bonus terms attached to them.
- Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake, the bet stands. We cannot cancel, change or refund a bet because of a misclick, a change of mind or a result you did not expect.
- Play for yourself. You may not play for someone else, let anyone else use your account, or use any software or method that interferes with the normal running of a game.
How bets and spins are settled
Every result is produced by the game server, not by your phone, tablet or computer. Your screen displays that result. If the two differ, for example after a slow connection or a refresh, the result held on the game server is final and is the one we settle on.
- You choose your stake and any bet lines or side bets from the options the game offers.
- The stake is taken from your available balance and the round is recorded on the game server.
- The outcome is generated and settled against the game's own rules and paytable.
- The result is added to your balance and stored in your game history, where you can look over it later.
Each game states its return to player figure in its help or information screen. That figure is a long-run theoretical average over a very large number of rounds. It does not predict what a single session or spin will return.
| Where to look | What it settles |
|---|---|
| The game's help or rules screen | How a round is played, what counts as a win, and how features and side bets work |
| The paytable | What each symbol, hand or combination pays at your chosen stake |
| The game information screen | The return to player figure and the game's own stake limits |
Malfunctions and interrupted rounds
A malfunction is any fault in hardware, software, a stream or a connection that stops a game running as it is meant to. A malfunction voids all pays and play. Where a round is affected, the round is void, the stake is returned to the balance it came from, and anything credited in error is removed from the account.
Losing your connection does not cost you your stake, because the round sits on the game server. When you reconnect, one of two things happens:
- The game resumes where it was interrupted, so you can finish the round, including any feature or free spins still running.
- The round settles automatically under the game's own rules, and the result shows in your balance and your game history.
Where a round is left open for a long period, the game may settle it automatically. You never need to replay a round, and you should not open the same game on two devices at once.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and any other promotional credit are played under the bonus terms shown with the offer and in your account. Those terms sit on top of the rules on this page.
- Wagering. Bonus funds carry the wagering requirement set out in the cashier, and you can track your progress in your account.
- Maximum bet. A maximum stake applies while a bonus is in play. Rounds placed above it may be void, along with the bonus and any winnings from it.
- Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, as set out in the bonus terms, and some games do not contribute at all.
- Order of play. The game screen shows which balance a stake comes from. Where both are available, stakes are taken in the order set out in the bonus terms.
- Expiry. A bonus, and any winnings still tied to it, lapse at the end of the period shown with the offer.
If a bonus is used in a way the bonus terms do not allow, we may close the bonus, remove the winnings tied to it and settle your real-money balance as normal.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio with real cards, wheels and equipment, and streamed to your device. The dealer's call at the table, together with the result recorded by the table system, settles the round.
- Late bets. Bets must be placed inside the betting window. Once betting closes, late bets are not accepted, and a bet that reaches the table after that point is void.
- Dealer decisions. Calls on a round, including a misdeal, a card exposed in error or a card dealt out of turn, follow the table's own rules, and that decision settles the round.
- Faults and stream drops. If equipment is faulty, the round may be void and stakes returned. If the stream drops, the round continues at the table and settles on the table system.
- Seats and inactivity. You may be taken out of a seat after a period of inactivity so that the table can keep running.
Each table states its own rules, side bets, payouts and table limits in its help screen, and those rules govern play at that table.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you think a round has not settled correctly, contact us and we will look into it. Write to support@casinomobilewins.co.uk or use the live chat on our site, and include:
- the name of the game or live table
- the date and time of the round
- the round, game or hand ID, if the game shows one
- your stake and what you expected the result to be
With those details we can pull the round from the game server and check it against the game's rules and paytable. The server record is the record we work from, and we will correct your balance if a round was settled wrongly.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains how to take the matter further, including referral to an alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you, within the time limits set out there.
